Manage your team!

We have now arranged all eSupport users in groups based on organizations. This means that you can now appoint a manager for you team that will be able to engange in all tickets submitted by your team members. Please post a ticket with the name and email of the eSupport user that you want to appoint team manager. You will then also be sent an overview of who is in your team for your confirmation.

We are proud to announce that we have reopened our knowledgebase. In the knowledgebase we have included the entire EPM documentation. So when ever you start typing an eSupport tickert you will be suggested relevant documentation to help you solve your issues. We have also included 10 helpful tutorials for the EPM, a great way to get started with our product!

New support departments

We are excited to announce that we have changed our eSupport departments to better reflect the geographic location of our offices. This will improve our response rate and quality even more so that we can deliver even better support. After our vendor tried to fix the character issue, mentioned in the eSupport upgrade news, we are now experiencing problems with ticket text missing. Be assured that we are working to resolve this. You can still use our eSupport. We apologize for the inconvenience.
